I highly recommend this ski shop for anyone seeking a professional, high end consumer experience. Before visiting, I contacted them regarding chronic issues with finding ski boots that fit my wide feet, which previously caused significant pain and difficulty putting on boots.
Upon arrival, I met with the owner who provided top-tier service, spending an hour and a half working with me to find a more pleasant fit. He immediately understood the issue, ensuring I was fitted into a wider, more comfortable boot that didn't sacrifice performance. At this stage, they feel perfect.
I have not yet taken them out on the slopes, but I will return to edit this review with an update on how they perform in action. Based on the expertise and attention to detail I experienced, I have high expectations!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They help me insure that I was prepared to get my littles on the mountain for the first time. They tuned and adjusted my wife's skis with ease.

The service is very personable. They take the time to ask questions so as to really understand what you are looking for and will suit you the best. The prices are good and again the service is personable. The staff is knowledgeable about all of the gear and ask if you have questions or need assistance.

Their annual Ski Demo Day to Loveland was outstanding, educational, and worth every dime!! The ski vendors were very helpful and took the time to educate you on their skis. Rick and Al made it a point to spent time with everyone to ensure our questions were answered and/or guided us to the appropriate vendors.

Listen folks. If you’re looking for a team that really knows their stuff and doesn’t blink at unconventional requests — this is your place. I showed up with a pair of ski boots and a shopping list that would’ve made most techs stage a polite walkout, but Will didn’t flinch. He dove into the challenge, walked me through every option, and made sure everything worked better than I expected. He’s got the kind of patience and know-how that could probably turn a set of flip-flops into alpine racers if you asked nicely. If you’ve got custom gear needs or just want to talk to someone who truly gets it — ask for Will.

Matt just did a base repair, tune and wax on my board. Could not be happier with the results. My board has side cuts and hybrid camber making it difficult for the machine to run it. Matt did it by hand and did an amazing job. Thank you for the extra effort!

I have been coming here since 2019, and this is the only place I will ever go. The employees are always super helpful. I got my first pair of ski boots here. I have wide feet, and the guy literally spent two hours with me to find the right boot. Ignore every one star on here they are not true. This is the only place I will give my business to. They even practically restored a pair of skis that I had bought for me as well.

Such a friendly and professional spot. Not only that but experienced and knowledgeable too. I trust this shop completely. Just bought brand new skis and bindings. Plan on going back for a boot fitting. As soon as I walked in I felt the family atmosphere. It was so wonderful. Places like this are hard to find. I’m so glad we found it.

I was in the market for a new pair of snowboard boots, and to get my boards ready for the season. I wish I could remember the name of the employee that helped me out. He listened to what I was looking for, and had me try on four pairs of boots until I was happy. He then fitted them to my foot. The customer service in this store is awesome. I will be back

My husband and I had such a great experience at The Ski Shop Inc. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will was wonderful as well, helping me find just the right ski boot for my foot and skiing preferences. We loved their selection and the associates were great in helping us stay within our price range, while finding the best quality. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for ski gear! We will be back🙂

I came by today to get my bindings mounted, Jessie hooked me up dude. I dropped them off around 10:30 AM and got a call just two hours later saying they were done. The turnaround was super quick, and it only cost me $69. The whole process was easy and smooth. I had an awesome experience and will definitely be back soon. Shoutout to my man Jessie (I think that’s his name)

Base Grind service was top notch. I was worried with the last review but my board came out amazingly for the amount of damage the back country Hut trip did to my board. I even brought a friend when I dropped the board off who bought some gear. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!

I rented my skies there and the staff was very nice and super helpful. My only issue is that if you rent them there and take them up the montain, there is no corresponding store up in the skiing area and if there is something wrong, like in my case, you are in trouble! But if you are looking to shop they have a great selection.

This is why we spend a lot of time during the fitting and "try on" process to make sure your boots and skis fit exactly right and you don't run into any issues at the slopes. We are one of the few rental facilities that actually measure feet and have different boot model options for difficult to fit feet!

Came in to look for ski clothing for my 6yo son. Debbie helped me choose out a nice outfit, showed me how that you can adjust them for when my son will grow up. She was definitely helpful. A plus was that they have a sale on their outerwear right now and great prices overall. I was looking at snowboard bindings and while they didn't have the ones I wanted, the owner, Rick, seemed extremely friendly and helpful.

Worked with Will and even though they didn’t have what I was looking for, he was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Dropped through here after visiting another ski shop in town. Had recently had a snowboarding trip that was somewhat ruined by consistent arch pain. I had looked at insoles before but decided it was time to go in and really take a look at some. At the first location I went to the staff was very nice but didn't really give much information apart from what they had available and that they could do full custom insoles but that it would be next week. Decided against it and came to check out the Ski Shop. When I walked in I was asked what I was looking for and when I mentioned insoles they sent me down to another staff member named Will.

Will is very knowledgeable, and was extremely informative. When I mentioned I had some insoles already he wasn't pushing me to buy the "most expensive" but giving me the pros and cons on each type and what I might find most useful but also letting me know that I'd still feel some discomfort regardless just because of how demanding the sport is. I decided to get semi-custom insoles after discussing and bringing in my boots (I had thought I had semi-custom but they were drop-in). Quickly got set up with the new insoles and also let me know why the drop-ins I had weren't working for me. Went riding the next day and even though I still felt some discomfort (as expected) it was miles better than before.

I really appreciated the information and not being "pushed" to waste money on something that may not work better than I already had. At the end of the day I'm extremely glad I decided to drop by here and I'll absolutely come by again whenever I need any new gear.

I have had one of the best customer service experiences of my life thanks to the talented and knowledgeable staff employed at the Ski Shop.
So I just recently got back into snowboarding after an 8 season break. I grew up snowboarding in Eagle River, Alaska and was nervous about how smoothly my transition back into snowboarding would be. I had good quality but outdated gear. After briefly talking with Scott about my style of snowboarding and requirements for my new gear, i was given one of the most thorough and comprehensive explanations of the differences between snowboard brands that I’ve ever heard. The massive evolution in boot technology and the benefits of each brand was explained in a way that was easy to understand but more importantly showed me how much care and attention each customer receives at the Ski Shop. My feet were measured and I found the most perfect fitting boots I’ve ever worn. Scott’s knowledge wasn’t just limited to boots. Scott went on to articulately describe all the technological nuances of the boards they carry and how their construction affects the riding experience. This has been one of the best seasons of snowboarding in my life and it was made possible by the folks at the Ski Shop. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Every single thing about this experience was top notch. THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT. You have truly made this snowboarding season unforgettable.

Went in today to get ski boots. I’ve always had trouble fitting into rentals and was finally ready to make a purchase. I spent 3 hours trying on many boots and finally we found a pair. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They even added more to my boot to make it work for me. Weren’t trying to sell the most expensive or get you to also buy skis. Such an amazing experience. I will be going back for all my needs.

Very knowledgeable staff. I Scored some skis on the FB marketplace and they were able to get them up to snuff and set for me. It was only about $90 for a full reset on them. Plus the turn around was quick and as always you can trust a store that has a dog mascot.

The crew put on an excellent demo bus. Everything went off like clockwork from breakfast sandwiches, OJ, and coffee to getting us to Loveland on time with lots of skis to try out and very helpful techs. Lunch was very good and the beer, wine, cheese and snacks on the way home were another great touch.

This is the best ski shop in town! The staff knows skiing inside and out, and the store has a great selection of equipment, clothing, and accessories. Rentals are available too. The ski repairs and tune-ups here are the best I've found. Unsure what skis I wanted to buy, the staff suggested their Ski Demo Bus which would allow me to try many skis from multiple vendors in one day. WOW! What a great time the Demo Bus attendees had! The day was exceptionally well planned and organized with ten ski vendors and dozens of skis to try -- not to mention a great time both on the slopes and on the bus! I found my skis and the Ski Shop got them ordered.
If you live in (or anywhere near) Colorado Springs, you need to check out The Ski Shop for your skiing and riding needs.

The Ski Shop is the best shop in town! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will get you hooked up with the right gear. I highly recommend the annual Ski bus trip to Loveland to demo skis. Great experience. Love this place!

The staff is very friendly and obviously have an incredible amount of experience. They fitted boots on my weird feet with ease. If you get a chance to get on their demo day bus....Do it! Awesome time. I will update after buying skis.
